Certified pre-owned homes, selling: Before listing property Real Estate Online will hire an approved home inspector, after the report has been created, any health or safety items that are called out and repaired by seller, Real Estate Online will credit the seller back at time of closing the costs associated with such repairs, up to $1500.
Certified pre-owned homes, buying: Use an approved home inspector and if during the first year any service calls are made relating to the home warranty the service call cost will be reimburse by Real Estate Online.
